Frozen account - an account where an investor violated regulation T
by not paying within the 7 business days.
The next purchase or sale in the account will only be done after sufficient funds are deposited in the account.
The seller must deliver by the 10th business day after settlement.
(can buy in at the end of the 10th business day)
