Bearer Bond

Bearer bond - owner not registered anywhere.

The interest and principal goes to holder of the bearer bond.

Attached coupons represent the interest payments.

Uncommon to be issued by a US company these days but are common in Europe.

The holder needs to physically detach and turn in the coupon to receive the payment.

I have some old bearer bonds. issued 07-01-1927 matured in 1957 and in 2000 were confirmed with Chase Corporate Trust Dept. Bonds were issued by Bankers Trust Company for:
National Railways of Mexico, $1,000 U.S. Gold
certificate #'S:

m48335
m48338
m48339

Chase back then was the transferring agent. when we called they would not help us or even say what happened to the account. I hope you can help me. Thanbk you and have agreat day.
